A legacy of proven success in Organizational Development, Change Management, Human Resource Operations and Talent Acquisition. Lead and Managed HR functions for over 600+ employees. Managed all human resource functions including recruiting, on-boarding, training, benefits enrolment and administration, payroll, workers compensation, employee recognition, performance management, health, safety and wellness programs.
